Final Examination Inspiring Person
On Friday Night, July 7th, 2022 at 19.00 P.M. I have interviewed a kebab seller near around my neighbourhood. His name is Fachmi Sutejo. He is a one man standing, because he runs up his kebab business on his own. I thought that he is very inspirational and full of great experiences , based on that reasons I wanted to share my interview session. Here’s what I got,

Background Research of the Interviewees
Fachmi Sutejo, born in East Java, Tegal on July 27th, 1985. He is a high school student graduate from Tegal, started his own business as a kebab seller in Cipete, Tangerang after graduate. He travels from afar, Tegal, then got married in Tangerang on 2016 and settled in for a quite long time, having two kids, and started his kebab business.

Interview Session
Q : What are the reasons that made you decided to open up kebab business in Tangerang, Sir ?
A : Since I was a child, I always been passionate to open up my own business just like my father. He owns a big and success business in Tegal, if you know Sate Tegal Sutejo, that’s my family business for a long long time since my late great grandfather. At first, I don’t know what business I wanted to open. Then, I did my research about food business since high school that suited for the local taste but also has some millennials taste. To approve my research, I decided to go to Tangerang. I have my feelings that Tangerang would be my destination to open up my business. 3 months after graduated from high school, on 2013 I decided to go to Tangerang by myself and started up my life there until I got married and have two kids. I thought it is God’s work and His blessing for me, and my parents too. After 1 year preparation and research, on 2015 I decided to open up kebab business. It seemed at that time I thought couldn’t made my small business. There are so many kebab business in Tangerang, but that was the reasons to challenge myself. By the will of God, I could open up my business in Tangerang.
Q : Are there any obstacles during the process until now to open up kebab business in Tangerang, Sir ?
A : To be honest, there are lots of obstacles during the process to open up my kebab business here. My guts told me to stop and just spend my new life here in Tangerang and did nothing. Then, I’ve got some bad neighborhood that bad mouthed on me and my family because I’m an outsider from Tegal. I’ve got several things like anxiety that almost made me to not open up my business. Nevertheless, my wife and my family in Tegal always has conquered me.
Q : Are there any particular events that happens while running up kebab business in Tangerang, Sir ?
A : Yes, actually there is one particular events that happens to be one of the reasons that my business runs smoothly until now. God blessed me with Saipul Jamil came up to order lots of kebab, 500 to be exact, then promoted it for free in his social media. It was a blessing for me.
Q : Are there any tips for everyone that wants to open up a food business like you, Sir ?
A : For my fellow fighters inside food business, I hope good things always brought you to the path for successful business. The path maybe didn’t always run smoothly like you always wanted, but every God’s plan is always good. Embrace your people around you to be your support system. Always believe in your guts.
Q : What are your hopes for your business in the future, Sir ?
A : I hope for the good things for my business. I hope that I could expand my kebab business all around the Jabodetabek city soon. I hope that I could get my own workers. I just hope for the best and always to keep on growing to make good and tasty food.

Jul. 14, 2022 ⎼ TANGERANG, Starting your own business and creating workspace for people are noble things to do. People lives for food to survive. The world evolving and create new taste for food. Those statements are increasing the will for someone who loves to try business in the food world. Hundreds or even thousands of people started create their own business, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.
A man from Tegal, name Fachmi Sutejo is a strong will person who decided to open up a small Kebab business. He came from a family that runs a food business who successfully well-known in Tegal, namely Sate Tegal Sutejo. Thus, the reason why there is hidden skill to came up with ideas to start up a food business. But how he came up with an ideas to open up kebab business ? As we know, there are lots of kebab business all around Tangerang city.
During this pandemic covid-19 there are a lot of obstacles that Fachmi Sutejo going through in his Kebab business, Due to the support of his family, Fachmi Sutejo was able to continue operating in the food and beverage industry despite a number of obstacles, including declining sales as a result of the pandemic and the collapse of his willingness to do so due to a great deal of inappropriate talk about him and his company.
In Indonesia, the culinary industry is flourishing and offers a wide variety of cuisines to customers. There are those that sell sweets, traditional Indonesian food, and even items tailored to individual tastes, like chicken geprek.
These artists are also unafraid to use social media platforms like Instagram to advertise their culinary businesses. Similar to what Saipul Jamil did to Fachmi Sutejo's business, Saipul Jamil promoted Fachmi's products via his Instagram account for free or free. As a result, Fachmi Sutejo also made a very convincing profit from the results of Saipul Jamil's promotion on his Instagram; more or less deeply one day, 500 packs of kebabs were sold out as a result of getting a promotion from Saipul Jamil.
This is one tip from Fachmi Sutejo for those of you who are going to open a food and beverage business; "For my fellow fighters inside food business, I hope good things always brought you to the path for successful business. In addition, Fachmi Sutejo hopes that his food and beverage business will continue to prosper and that he can open many new locations throughout JABODETABEK. In addition to wishing for increased sales, Fachmi also wishes for everyone in JABODETABEK to be able to taste the mouthwatering kebabs that are made there.
